For business customers, the risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier or other person designated to carry out the shipment.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges or delivery delays may occur. RNB is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

If the customer wishes to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has entered processing or shipment.

Customers residing in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, such as:
